Join your Sarasota County Young Republicans on Tuesday, February 13th for our February Social!! Come on out, have a drink and a bite to eat, while getting to mingle with fellow young conservatives! This month, we will be welcoming Karen Rose, our current Chair of the Sarasota County School Board! Karen has worked in the Sarasota County School System for over 20 years, beginning as a teacher at Southside Elementary before working her way up to become a Principal and finally a District Administrator. In 2020, after seeing the need arise, Karen took the plunge and was elected to the Sarasota County School Board. We are excited to welcome her to speak, and encourage everyone to come out to meet her and get to know about her platform!
